The Blocked Toilet Cake

Today I baked my favorite cake, the blocked Toilet cake. Mmmmm blocked toilet cake. This cake is fantastic for any birthday party, wedding or just for breakfast.

And it’s very easy to bake a blocked toilet cake. You need a cake as base. Its up to you what kind of cake you use, but it shouldn’t be too soft. I usually bake banana cake. Here are some recipes.

Form a toilet out of marzipan. Pour half of the melted chocolate on the cake so you get a puddle of chocolate. Place the marzipan toilet in the middle of the puddle of chocolate. Now pour the rest of the melted chocolate into the marzipan toilet until it’s blocked :) Garnish with powdered sugar.
